I'm Lucy, a qualified Level 3 Lipspeaker providing professional communication support for deaf and hard of hearing people across Kent, the South East and the UK.

I support people whose preferred method of communication is lipreading, helping them access conversations clearly in a wide range of settings, including workplaces, education, healthcare appointments, training sessions and conferences. My role is to repeat what is being said using clear lip patterns, natural facial expressions and appropriate gesture, enabling effective communication while remaining impartial and professional.

I hold the Level 3 Certificate in Professional Communication Support (Lipspeaking) and am committed to providing a reliable, confidential and person-centred service. I also hold an Enhanced DBS check and professional indemnity insurance, giving clients confidence and peace of mind.
